Di, Congratulations on the first blooms of your Krimson Queen Hoya (Hoya carnosa 'Tricolor') ???

I'm in Florida and to induce flowering, I use a bloom booster fertilizer (usually from late April through early to mid-October), at half the recommended strength listed on the package.

If you hang your Hoya outdoors in bright shade during the warm months, hummingbirds will definitely visit the blooms!

They also enjoy just perching and resting on the thin vines.
