Thanks so much for your reply. I think the high alkaline water I am using contributes to my problems. I check the PH in my soil with a stick meter and seems no matter what I do my soil ph is high 7's to 8. Even with additives to lower ph. I am planning to use a 1.5gal bottle with 1 cup of vinegar diluted in it to water my plumeria soil. Anything else I could try would be helpful.
