Unfortunately, you'll never confirm the true identity of that plumeria, @Jcdoc107. Flowers change (often dramatically) depending on the time of year, the way it's grown, and zone of growing. Also, there are simply too many hybrids now that look similar. I would say that this is NOT Celadine. There is not simply an additional lateral vein, there should be two of them. Your leaf only has a single additional vein. Here's a photo from yesteryear (15+ years ago) of my Celadine veining. Notice the number of lateral veins, two major and two minor veins.
