I agree with @BigBill. The plant that size will need more watering especially in good light indoors. It prolly cannot support so many leaves in lower light: it is normal for them to drop some older leaves when brought indoors. Keep it warm (better above 70f), and in 4-5 hours of sun. That amount of leaves even in large pot will need watering once a week : stick a dowrl/chopstick deep to see how wet it gets. If wet , wait, if just damp on the bottom third: water.
