One more: is there a hole in the bottom of the pot? I see no saucer to catch run off. If there is no hole you are in trouble: your mix seems to have a lot of perlite, so prolly drains well, but without the hole the water will just sit on the bottom and cause root rot.
Outside in the heat and better light they can take a lot of water , but indoors pot without hole will not do (outdoors with lots of rain it'll drown the plant too, of course..).
