I am thinking positive, surely a lot will make it, our ground never freezes so anything that is root hardy will come back. If not, I have plenty of reasons to buy new plants.

Actually, I am thinking if we do move to a colder climate we will have an easier time just transporting tender plants twice a year. Sort of like you do, it would be the same zone. Here in N. FL we are in an iffy zone, not warm enough and too warm at times.
