Unfortunately that's the same photo as the one at the start of the thread and still a very small image. I'm afraid it doesn't aid further identification.

As to whether you could divide a Vanda now, I cannot say - I do not grow the genus. But I don't think your plant is a Vanda, so I would not be acting based on the assumption that it is.
