I just chopped some frozen Orange Spice jalapenos, that are now looking quite yellow Confused Confused Confused did the color fade in freezer? anyhoo, they can add spots of bright color, and little heat if you skip the seeds as I do.

I could consider starting peppers mid Feb - they seem so slowwwwww..
Plant it and they will come.
