Got seeds today - included my trial packets of peppers from TTomatoes. Cowhorn to try. My pepper colors are prone to fade, even when I dry them in the oven unless they are caught at just the right time. Flavor unaffected. I must have cajun squirrels as well. It takes enough cayenne and red tabasco to turn everything solid red.
