Any idea what these spots are? This is a dwarf Singapore pink that I have had repeated leaf spot problems with. Everything seemed to be going fine and these popped up on a few new leaves. It is indoors in a winter climate with low humidity, so it seems unlikely that it would be rust or any other fungal disease.
