i have also bought longfield dahlias at costco.. something about the added heavy paper and cardboard packaging for display, they were in great shape had nearly no damage..
however what was labeled as american dawn, a pink/purple decorative all grew as a pure white fimbriatta... I think costco has even better return policy than longfield, but I didn't keep the receipt..
