Were they last years leaves? Honestly, I don't do anything As far as shock treatment. Plumeria don't really care that much. They rebound just fine. I don't know your location either, but most places February is too early to be transplanting. Plants should basically be dormant at this time.
Look deep into nature, and then you will understand everything better.
