It's a little early for me to put any out yet, as the ground is covered in snow, with some melting now, giving way to mud. It is cold and windy out as well, so I haven't actually started gardening yet.
However..some of the coleus seedlings are already up! Not all of them. Maybe some germinate earlier than others?
The ones that germinated are:
Superfine Rainbow Volcano
Fairway Yellow
Both from Swallowtail Garden Seeds
The Mighty Mosaic from Pinetree have not yet germinated. They were all in the same cellpack container, a 12-pack. They were sown on 2/26.
The ones from Pinetree may not germinate as they were pelleted seed from 2021. A lesson here. If anyone has pelleted seeds, sow them as soon as you can. They are not that old, but pelleted seeds do not keep very well at all. I won't give up on them, but I will consider this to be an important lesson. I do not like to waste my money or time. I don't have much left of either!
