Hi Sonya!
We see a couple of issues here -
first, there is quite some sunburn. Some of the leaves and this bloom must have gotten some straight sun. Phals like bright light, but not straight sun.
Also, some of the plants are sitting in an additional pot, some are not. There is some inconsistency. One would suspect some overwatering going on in those extra pots, causing the roots to go south.
It might be good idea to take a good look at the roots and do some repotting.
