I only have Fairy Tale, but at least I managed to snag 4 of them. Last year 0 eggplant because I couldn't find a single plant anywhere in Lubbock. Apparently eggplant is not a Thang in Lubbock.

We thought we were going to be moving this spring so I didn't try to start any, then it turned out we aren't moving after all and have no idea when we might BE moving (but we WILL be moving sometime). I was lucky to find the one variety, all things considered.

I love eggplant. I eat it in stir fry, curried, and slathered in cheese with a light sprinkling of marinara sauce. Brinjal pickle ain't bad, either.
