For San or others with an orchid like this-
They are not 'hard to care for' but the care is a little different from typical houseplants. (see links) Repotting with bark etc as already said would be a good step to take, if you are up for it.
The green leaves will stay like that and hopefully add (only) one or two new leaves over the summer.
The stems will not make new flowers. (as a rule) so cut them off. save the little clips. If all goes well, it makes a new stem next winter and you use the clips to shape it to the frame. Crossing Fingers!
Plant it and they will come.
