Hi,
I have just come to the realisation that we are able to propagate cucumbers by rooting their suckers. Which made me wonder a few things,
1. Would it be possible to constantly grow the same hybrid variety for years, if you saved the suckers before the mother plant went into decline and rooted them; and
2. Can you keep the rooted cuttings inside and alive over the worst of winter, (I live in a temperate Mediterranean climate).
