Garden up North is going gangbusters, only real failure is that the Agrata Potato, only one plant came up in two gardens.
If I get orerny, I may fire off an e-mail.

Just came back from the South garden.
Corn is doing real well, tomatoes , onions and Chiles are doing far better than expected but I have watered heavily.
Potatoes plants did fine but I spent several hours squishing CP beetles and larvae for the past two days.
Now sure what the yield will be.

Some so called Elephant Garlic came up that I put in last year, not sure what to expect but two are flowering, and the rest are still green.
They were fertilized and watered heavily two weeks ago.

Inspite of putting down leaf, hay and straw mulch, the Purslane is thick and I spent another three hours yesterday pulling it.
Garden was dry, very, before I started so after snapping so many off I stopped and watered for two hours.
Did so if I get back to weed they come up with the root, while tomatoes and chiles do much better with enough moisture in the ground.
Sweet corn, or at least some is starting to tassle, while the dent corns are already 8 feet high and probably will not tassle for another few weeks.

My corn was left leaning up North after Heavy Wind, but all but one stalks is not pretty much vertical. I tip my hat to you.
