@BlueRaccoon, Hi Jenny, It is good to feel your excitement even though your new flower bed is now over a year old. My own garden and landscaping around the house is ever-changing. Yours might be too. Just have fun with it and do what makes you happy!

We had boxwoods for about 20 years on the south side of our house. I really liked them, but they were getting too big and because one had a wasp nest in it and stung my granddaughter in the face, we got rid of them. It also means that I no longer have to worry about shaping them, so I am glad about that. I planted tulips and when those were done, I transplanted some rose moss and petunias on top of the tulip bulbs and my tipsy pots have supertunias in them this year.
