Do you have it outdoors?
They are very tricky to grow as a houseplant, requiring very high, constant humidity, like in a terrarium. Also are sensitive to strong, direct sunlight and will quickly suffer from leaf burn. Soil should be kept consistently moist.
I won't bother to grow one again, too finicky for my tastes.
