Its difficult to tell if it will. The fact that only the innermost leaves have petioles that are variegated suggests that the mutation may not be present through all the cell layers of the meristem.
Many times with variegated alocasia, there will be a mix of all green offsets and variegated offsets. You will just have to wait and see
