My first reply was rushed but these fine folks have addressed everything I would've.

As Calif_Sue mentioned the yellowing leaves won't come back to healthy.

I'd trim them off if the coloring bugs you or as the tips start to brown.
They'll be replaced in no time.

Assuming the less energy the plant has to use supporting spent leaves is more energy it can use producing new growth.
