A Gasteria leaf? If it is, my guess is that its not going to root and make a new plant. Even if it grew a root, I'd be doubtful it would generate a new rosette. That would be my guess. I may be way off the mark. It's too much like an aloe structurally, so I'd think it would need some stem material to make a new plant. I'm curious what others think and if I'm correct about it being a Gasteria leaf.
