It looks like you got a Haworthia, a Gasteria, and a Haworthiopsis or Tulista (those used to be called Haworthias, too). All are aloe relatives. Nice looking plants. Thumbs up

I don't think it matters whether there is a flower stalk when you repot. At least I never really discriminate either way. As for the offsets, I would wait until the plants have filled slightly bigger pot to even consider separating them, which you would do by unpotting the whole thing and carefully breaking them off from the side.

A Gasteria leaf? If it is, my guess is that its not going to root and make a new plant. Even if it grew a root, I'd be doubtful it would generate a new rosette. That would be my guess. I may be way off the mark. It's too much like an aloe structurally, so I'd think it would need some stem material to make a new plant. I'm curious what others think and if I'm correct about it being a Gasteria leaf.

Gasterias and Haworthias (and at least some of their hybrids, presumably) are propagated from leaves, though aloes are not. It supposedly works better with the cut end buried a little. New rosettes form along the side of the leaf. I think it helps to water (sparingly), and you might have to be patient. I have never tried. My Gasterias offset and give me offspring that way.

It's another flower stalk. It's just taking its own sweet time growing taller. Brighter light will push it along faster.
