Bringing this topic back up to see what kind of indoor lighting that anyone has experience with for growing seeds. My plant stands I have set up using Daylight bulbs. Some are still florescent & some have been switched over to newer style LED bulbs in shoplights. I have also used Sam's Club LED shop lights that are 5000K hung between my plant stands for tall plants that I cannot fit in the stands (TOO MANY PLANTS!). This has been fine for growing rain lilies, coleus, sweet potato vine, begonias, hoya, Christmas cactus, etc.
I noticed today that my seedlings on the end are leaning towards the lights as they are not quite under them. So I may have to get better lighting. Thanks
