I figured out what to do about lights when I have to keep them in the basement. I bought the same light as I have but in a 4' length, so I can use that for the seeds since the stand is always stretched to 4' now.

And then I'll use the two 2' lights that used to be on the seeds for the adeniums. I'll make a new PVC stand with a double row of lights probably 1.5'-2' apart so it'll give me a much wider area to have several rows of plants bunched together.
