I bought a spider plant from a nursery about a month ago. It was in a 4 inch pot. I repotted it in a 6 inch pot. But when I took a closer look at it, it seems like the nursery guy had planted 3 spider plants together for it to look bushy. Is it really 3 plants here? If so, should I separate the three with roots and plant them separately for better growth? The rootball was very entangled. Does it carry the risk of excessive damage if I do so? See two pictures from different angles below.
