My 'Teresa Wilder' plumeria just arrived. I has 3 branches that all have small leaves about 3 1/2 to 4" in length on the branches. I assume since it's April 13 (2024) that the plant is coming out of dormancy and smaller leaves are to be expected this early in the season. Any thoughts from anyone?
