Agree. There is no herbicide that can kill any type of wild onion among your other perennials. Even if you remove your desired plants, herbicidal killing will take multiple applications and maybe multiple years.

Your first plan of action should be to never let them go to seed. Wild onion species rarely pull out easily; you need the help of a trowel to remove the bulb.
