It all look great to me, quite a variety of plants in there, all ones I like, too! And Trish, I've had Stevia over-winter in the ground here for 14 years now so I imagine it should do just fine for you, barring any soil freezing/heaving.

That spiral bed is impressive! Maybe that should be a theme for ya'lls farm. Dave can make 10 or 15 more of those brick ones here and there; you can have an in-ground spiral veggie bed somewhere, a spiral fenced cow pasture (true "rotational grazing", eh? Rolling on the floor laughing ), and of course a spiral fort/castle for the kids to play in and such.
