But that is exactly what I consider to be the "culture" part:
--- your (additional) watering regime
--- how deep you plant
--- fertilizing
--- soil amendments
--- growing in a pot instead of the ground
--- etc., etc. (changes one makes to mother nature's overall climate)

While it is true that most lilies prefer Bach over Lynyrd Skynyrd, I think that most would really like Indian sitar music. I don't know what they would think about the didgeridoo. Hilarious! Rolling my eyes.
