I know *all* about losing a tree to heavy snows!!! I lost a mature ash tree to heavy snow back right after I bought my house.

The birds will forgive you. And, if you're tired of snow, send it my way.. I need the moisture! We're only at about 84% snowpack, which means drought & water rationing AGAIN. Bleh.
