I have seen a few old roses whose petals form flowers much like the "Angels Face" above. It resembles several gallicas.

Except for the prominent eye, popular Duc de Guiche is not far removed: http://www.rdrop.com/~paul/gal...

Even the foliage seems more typical of gallica to me than of a hybrid tea. Does it repeat?
