I think it's very expensive and I've never ordered any. Burling Leong at Burlington Nursery will propagate roses for you without charge if she can find the cuttings, or at least she didn't charge extra for it last year. She'll also graft a rose for you if you'd rather not have it in the own-root form. She grew a budded Smoky for me last year and I can't wait to see it bloom this year and start growing like crazy. That's a rose that just refuses to get big on its own roots.
