When I placed my spring order with them I explained that I would only take roses that were a minimum of 14 inches tall. Gregg was gracious enough to hold half a dozen roses and ship them in the fall. This made a huge difference at my end because the extra season of growth set them up to survive minor insults from voles that they would otherwise never have been able to do.

I still lost L'Oreal trophy - it never leafed out. Sierra Glow and Veldfire are pretty much toast, too. But most of the roses that were not HTs look great.

I'm afraid I just don't complain to suppliers that I lost plants because I lose so many of them that after about three years of complaining and refunds nobody would sell to me again!
