The crazy weather this year has led to a little bit of early "leaf sunburn" for those with that predisposition. Citronelle seems the worst here, although I've seen a bit on Tiramisu. These are both in areas that get less than half sun! Colors are not quite as vivid as they were a month ago. Here are pics of that area taken earlier this week.

I have about half a dozen nice heuchs in a back bed ( full sun) and they all will be moved, mostly because they are hidden from view where they are. They're going into an area that's half shade, once I get some campanula cleared out.

Two are in a back border where they get almost full sun, and they do very well. They are heucherella 'Sweet Tea' ( although some in nearly full shade seem happy too.) and Heuchera 'Pewter Moon.' The Pewter Moon has been in this bed for years and I've divided it over and over.
Here's the bed where those are ( taken earlier this week.)
