Portlandia is a rose I wanted as soon as I saw it in the Heirloom catalogue, but not enough to order it from Heirloom. Luckily, I later found Roseland, now sadly lost to us mail-order customers, and was able to buy a beautiful 3-foot plant for the same price Heirloom would have charged me for a toothpick-sized rose.
