This plant almost didn't make it during the winter that time my grandson decided to help me with my plants.Do you remember that??? He watered this plant
(gave it a bath) when i wasn't looking & almost killed it completely.Remember he's autistic & him showing the interest in my plants delighted me enough that he got a hug for drowning it.
It was outside in the same pot but i have a lot of burned plants from pouring rain then bright sunshine. This happens all day.I said something and following Gregs advice i moved it into more shade.I also thought having it sitting on the ground may prevent it from draining as well as needed.I set it up on a rock in more shade and it has taken off.
Question: is there an upright Sedum that blooms now instead of in the fall.I figured it's my crazy weather. It's the tallest one and is different than the others.
Question:Do these sedum need much fertilizer? I haven't been able to feed much except by slow release.
The 1st. picture is a few months old but it gives you an idea of how all the Upright sedums are growing at such different rates.
This photo is recent & their still growing at such different rates.
I have some osmocote smart-release plant food it's 19-6-12 NPK.what does anyone else use on Sedums?
