We are pretty lucky here. Lots of shows. The Fascination of Orchids International Show & Sale is in late September followed by the San Diego International Orchid Fair the following weekend. SD is about 2+ hours from me but a beautiful coastal drive for most of the way. The nice thing about this show is that a number of growers will be holding open houses that are just north of San Diego.
Ursula, you've had good luck with Ecuagenera, correct. I was going to order an item from them, but since they are going to be here next month, I thought I'd wait. But then again I don't want to leave to chance that they will bring what I want. So I was thinking of pre-ordering
