'Kordes Jubilee' is not listed on the Newflora site either, but I don't know if that site has been updated yet.
Kordes has been moving in to fill the void left by J & P and Weeks. Newflora is their official distributor in the US and the site lists the nurseries that have been licensed to carry their roses. They have been active in several test gardens and may not have completed their testing of the some of the new introductions in the US.

They have someone on staff to notify HMF of new introductions to the US that will be in distribution for the coming season. So, far, HMF has not received any information about new introductions. If I see something come through, I'll give you all a heads-up.
