It looks a lot like Britannia, Lin. It would be ironic if it were because I already have Britannia. I bought it in 2006 from Vintage Gardens and it still hasn't bloomed! It never grew much beyond rooted-cutting size in all these years. Definitely a dud! I really don't know why I haven't discarded it, but I guess hope springs eternal.
