I have Rhodiola rosea, but this is the first time for me to see Rhodiola semenovii. It is very striking. Lovely and unusual pink blooms.
I looked at your other photos in the database. Thank you so much for putting them their, a big treat to see.

The echeveria can take cool temperatures as long as it doesn't freeze. Freezing will do them in. The important thing to remember is not to over water them in cool/cold weather.
