I have been moving mine to plastic pots as well.I have a problem in the house with the dry heat.Seems like between the pots stealing moisture and the dry heat clay pots are cruel and unusual punishment especially with my lack of watering.I am awful about keeping track of where i started and what has been watered when.I've started pulling them out of the pots and i can see how dry it is,except for my 2 bigger plants. They are in larger plastic pots and a lot easier to judge as simple as by weight.

A green thumb comes only as a result of the mistakes you make while learning to see things from the plants point of view!!
