Thanks Jim! I could easily see myself at the next Orchid event shooting pics with this IPad!

We took the girls ( almost 7 years old) yesterday to the movies/HD transmission from the Metopera to see Rusalka/ Dvořák. It was beautiful and I think the girls liked it.They are beginning readers ( the translated libretto is always written on the screen) and with a little help they were able to follow the story pretty well. Surely Kathy saw it too in her local theatre?

And - here is the diminutive Phrag schlimii plant. I love it and hopefully I can re-bloom it.

and another small baby in bloom - Ludisia discolor is not really grown for its blossoms, the leaves on this one are really pretty.
