An AHS Award update....
Mentioned in two of our recent threads,
The thread "Summer 2013 favorites" in
Daylilies forum and
The thread "Daylilies with white edges" in
Daylilies forum , Mort's 2005 introduction 'God Save the Queen' received a 2013 AHS Award of Merit.
Two years from now, 'God Save the Queen' will be placed on the garden judges Awards and Honors ballot where it will compete with the other eligible cultivars for the Stout Silver Medal.
