Hi Melissa,
Do you give the boron/copper/zinc in the form of fertilizer?
I ask because I have one grafted plant (triple) that produced copious buds and they grew and swelled to the point of opening, but failed. This will be my third season with this plant and am hoping it will complete it's blooms this year. It produces buds so prolifically.
I to have a Valentine Rose. This will be my first blooming season for it.
