I can only guess he is not completely blind, just greatly impaired. Otherwise how wood he cut those holes?
But I do wonder how he gets the things home. Surely not one by one on his bike.
Some people do remarkable things, I just wish I had the gumption to do half of what they do with their "disabilities."
