Do the birds roost directly over this spot?
If so, this could be 'bird gardening' and no telling where the seeds came from or what they may be. That being said, I generally allow this type of seedling (by the birds) to grow at least until I identify it as it may be a jewel of a plant for free.
I'll watch for the next batch of photos. This is fun.
