DH is doing very well. Thanks for asking. Our son from GA who had experienced a perforated colon in October 2013 was compelled to come and be with his Dad as DH had a colon resection, gallbladder removal and hernia repair all in one operation. Fortunately, he had some personal time, so he and his brother, who was laid off recently, coordinated their visits so GA son came to be with his Dad during the time he was in the hospital and IL son came later to be with us when his Dad came home. They are very close and had some time together which was good. IL son left this morning. The two of us spent two wonderful days in the yard cleaning up leaves and trimming bushes while Dad rested in the house.
Any day you wake up on the sunny side of the grass is a good day.
