How sad.

Just the thought of having to have beautiful bulbs destroyed, through no fault of your own, is sickening. I've been wondering alot lately about the 'authority' of agencies to do what they do, especially as they are composed of people and people make mistakes, and are governed by inflexible protocols that can't evaluate changing circumstances. I know we need some system to limit the spread of pests and diseases, but given the needless damage those systems impose, really... Thumbs down

I hope this doesn't crush your joy in spreading beautiful flowers. There may be other ways and tomorrow could seem brighter.
